The customer called for a yearly maintenance on their sump pump system. They wanted to make sure their pump would be running smoothly through the winter months and into the spring.
Solutions Provided:
Connecticut Sump Pump Geeks went in and cleaned the customer's Pro Series 3033 sump pump and liner and changed the 9V battery in the controller. The system is running efficiently with no debris in the liner. We flood tested the system several times and checked the outside discharge line for any loose parts or leaks and obstructions. We are also recommending a WiseAire Basement Dehumidifier and a battery back-up system.
