The pump in the main building is in bad condition. We will send a quote for a replacement basement waterproofing sump pump system. The two pumps in the secondary building are in fair condition and now operating properly. We recommend multiple battery back up sump pump systems, three in total. One for the main building and two for the secondary building. We recommend two basement dehumidifiers as well.
