Tested and maintained 2 primary pumps both working great. They both had a small amount of rust build up but they were in great working order and cleaned up nicely. The basin inside the house had about a handful and a half of sediment in it that was removed. Recommending a backup sump pump because there is no backup protection and a dehumidifier because they do not seem to have a dehumidifier
